Payment Terms & Conditions

we are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect, how it is collected, and how it is used.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
• All invoices must be processed according to the agreed schedule using your preferred method of payment.
• A surcharge applies to payments made via credit card.

• Milestone payments are due within five (5) working days of reaching each milestone/schedule, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The final payment must be made prior to the website, application, or project going live.
• Receipt of payment is deemed as acceptance of the quote, milestones, delivery, project, and these terms & conditions.
• NC SERVICES reserves the right to negotiate and refund an appropriate portion of the amount paid by the customer for the requested services.
• If an order is cancelled after payment but before work has commenced, a 75% refund will be issued.
• If the order is cancelled after work has commenced, the maximum refund or charge will be 50% of the invoice amount.
• No refund or adjustments will be provided if cancellation is requested after more than 50% of the work has been completed.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or regular mail. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
• For minor or one-time tasks, payments must be made in advance or according to the terms specified in the invoice or proposal.
• If you require any modifications to the payment terms, you must notify us in writing (email accepted) within two (2) working days of receiving the invoice or proposal
•Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days from the date of confirmation.
