Enterprise protocols regarding data protection, telemetry, and software liability.
Effective Date: March 2026 | Last Updated: March 2026
At NC SERVICES, enterprise data security is a priority. We collect specific operational data (such as corporate names, email addresses, phone numbers, and technical server parameters) purely through voluntary form submissions, technical consultations, and software integration processes.
Your digital and personal footprints are strictly utilized to:
a) Engineer and deliver your requested software solutions.
b) Process billing and generate corporate invoices.
c) Establish encrypted communication for technical support (via NC Desk Pro or Direct Email).
We operate on a strict Zero-Tolerance protocol regarding third-party data distribution. We do not sell, trade, or rent your corporate or personal identification parameters to external marketing entities under any circumstances.
Software & Service Reliability: The technical infrastructure, software codes, and digital assets provided by NC SERVICES are delivered on an "as-is" basis. While our engineering team executes rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and security testing, we make no absolute warranties—expressed or implied—regarding 100% uninterrupted server uptimes, bypassing of third-party cyber threats, or API failures originating from external vendors.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall NC SERVICES, its founders, or its developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of corporate data, revenue drops, or business interruption) arising out of the use, or inability to use, our deployed software or the NC Desk Pro systems.
