Welcome to NC SERVICES. By accessing our enterprise portal, utilizing our IT solutions, or purchasing the NC Desk Pro software, you automatically agree to be bound by these corporate Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
All web development, graphic design, and software engineering projects undertaken by NC SERVICES are strictly subject to a mutually agreed-upon technical proposal or Service Level Agreement (SLA). Any feature requests or scope modifications requested after the finalization of the SLA will be billed as separate developmental milestones.
Upon 100% financial clearance of the project invoice, the intellectual property rights of the custom-developed software/website will be transferred to the client. However, NC SERVICES retains the baseline codebase for internal frameworks and reserves the right to display the completed project in our corporate portfolio, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the project kickoff.
We offer a predefined set of UI/UX revisions during the active development pipeline. Once a project is approved by the client and deployed to the live server, any subsequent structural or backend changes will require a separate maintenance contract or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
